Ich bestätige, dass die beantragte personenunabhängig nutzbare Funktionsadresse ausschließlich im Zusammenhang mit dienstlichen Aufgaben, die gleichzeitig oder auch abwechselnd von mehreren Personen ausgeübt werden sollen, genutzt wird (Beispiele: Forschungsprojekt, Dekanat, Sekretariat, etc.). Gleichzeitig versichere ich, dass durch die Namenswahl keine Rechte Dritter, insbesondere Namensrechte, verletzt werden. Hierfür trage ich die Verantwortung. Auf die Bestimmungen der §§ 15, 13 und 12 Abs. 1 der IT-Ordnung der TU Dresden wird ausdrücklich verwiesen.
* All fields must be filled in. Surname, first name, place of birth and date of birth are only required to create an account with a unique identity. The information on the area of use is only used to check whether the guest is assigned to the closed user group according to § 3 para. 2 of the IT-Ordnung of the TU Dresden. Processing for other purposes does not take place. Providing the telephone number is helpful for direct inquiries by the TU Dresden to the account holder, but is not a prerequisite for granting a guest account. Please also note the further details of the TU Dresden's duty of information on data protection.
